Question 915: Will a surviving divorced spouse still receive benefits after she is remarried?
Answer: If you remarry, your Surviving Divorced Widow's Annuity ends with the month before your remarriage.
Be sure that you report your marriage to the Railroad Retirement Board timely to avoid an overpayment.
