Question 931: My husband died at age 50 from a railway accident. I have since remarried and divorced. Am I eligible for a window's annuity when I reach age 60 or 62?
Answer: You will be eligible for a Remarried Widow's Annuity at 62. It will not have a Tier 2 component.
