Can a Remarried Ex-Spouse of a Covered Railroad Worker Receive Benefits?

Question 934: If the ex-spouse is married can she still receive benefits? She was married over 10 years to a railroad worker.
Answer: Generally, a remarried spouse cannot receive an annuity. A widow who remarries after 60 is the exception.
