Question 944: I am the divorced spouse of a railroad worker. If I remarry, will I loose my Tier 2?
Answer: You will lose your Divorced Spouse Annuity when you remarry.
If you are also receiving a portion of your former husband's Tier 2 pursuant to the terms of your divorce, that will continue to be paid.
