Question 969: My husband has 30+ years of service with the railroad; he will soon be 60 and is considering retirement in a couple of years. I am 10 years younger than my husband. We have been married for 25 years. When will I be able to draw a spouse annuity?r
Answer: If your husband is retired when you reach 60, you will first be eligible for a Spouse Annuity on that date.
