Question 982: What do I need to do to get started on drawing my ex-husband's Railroad Retirement? I just turned 62 and recieve Social Security Supplemental Income benefits.

Answer: You need to contact the Railroad Retirement Board and file an application. You will also need to submit a certified copy of your birth certificate and your marriage certificate.
