Question 999: How much money can I make when on disability before being penalized on my monthly annuity?
Answer: Currently you will lose a month's annuity if your earnings exceed $810 a month.
As a disability annuitant, you must report any new work activity to the Railroad Retirement Board regardless of the amount of earnings.
