Excerpt: [The plaintiff] asserts that she should be compensated for her lost health and life insurance benefits, because it was UNUM's denial of disability insurance benefits that caused her to be unable to make the necessary premium payments on her other policies.... [S]uch claims are not within the scope of 'appropriate equitable relief' under 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(3). |
