Sonoma County Extends Emergency Paid Sick Leave Ordinance
Reed Smith [Guidance Overview] June 15, 2021 "[If] an employee has at least 80 hours of accrued paid sick leave benefits as of June 8, 2021, or at least 160 hours of paid sick leave, vacation, and paid time off benefits, then employers are not required to grant additional CPSL under the Ordinance. If an employee has fewer than such hours of accrued paid leave benefits, then employers are only required to provide CPSL sufficient to make up the deficit." |
