Record DFVCP Filing

Is there a way to check to see if a late 5500 was through DFVCP?  

I can see on the EFAST website that the filing was accepted (late), but I don't have a record that it was filed through DVFCP confirming payment of the $750 fee.

On the first page, Part I, Section D, wouldn't you be able to see if the DFVCP box be checked?

My concern is that the 5500 was filed without the box being checked.

MarZDoates, you never explained what your interest in this is. In any event, e.g. if you are doing due diligence, the burden would appear to be on the filer to show you that they did file under DFVCP, but failed to check the DFVCP box, in which case they can amend the filing with the box checked.

Call 877-829-5500 and ask them.
