"New client. The owner took huge losses on his Schedule C due to COVID. He had a net profit on rental income on Schedule E, though. Passive Schedule E rental income cannot be counted for compensation for a retirement plan, correct? Any loopholes? He had deferred every week and maxed out for 2020."
