Excerpt: Health insurance costs for Houston employers are expected to rise significantly next year, but the rate of increase should begin to level off, according to a national survey released Monday. .... What's more, that trend apparently will continue, with the rise in health care costs projected to remain steady next year, according to employee benefits consultant Hewitt Associates.
