Excerpt: Like gift cards for iTunes music or Starbucks coffee, Highmark's Health Gift Card (available from http://www.givewell.com for $4.95 plus a shipping/handling charge) is a debit card. The giver pays to have it loaded with as little as $25 or as much as $5,000 -- enough for a Lasik eye treatment or certain cosmetic procedures. Any location that accepts Visa debit cards should honor the card.
