[Guidance Overview]
May 31, 2011
Before the change in the enrollment period, notices had to be provided by November 15th. While the Part D enrollment period now starts October 15th, the CMS guidance still references the November 15th deadline. Plan sponsors should stay alert for further clarifications on when to distribute these notices.
