"[T]he Court noted that if the plan sponsor ... had wished to depart from application of equitable doctrines, it was free to draft its plan to say so. In other words, if a plan sponsor does have an intent inconsistent with certain commonplace equitable doctrines, it can avoid application of those doctrines by expressly drafting around the issue in the plan itself."
