"The petition presents the following question: 'Whether a plaintiff has standing to represent a class where the defendant's alleged misconduct did not cause him harm.' Lockheed Martin argues that the Seventh Circuit's holding that Plaintiffs do have standing even though they 'do not appear to have suffered any damages,' conflicts with decisions by the Third, Sixth, Eighth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits."
