"Petitioners identify no sound reason for this Court to depart from its usual practice by taking up the question presented in the absence of a disagreement among the courts of appeals and while the D.C. Circuit's en banc proceedings remain pending. Review is also unwarranted because the court of appeals' decision is correct." [King v. Burwell, No. 14-1158 (4th Cir. July 22, 2014; cert. pet. filed July 31, 2014)]
