Some of these questions include who the employer treats as eligible, how the employer determines full-time employees, what periods of time the employer is using for measurement, administrative and stability periods (where the employer is using the look-back measurement method), and more. Some of these questions are bewildering to the employer and often are not well explained in the vendor's questionnaire." |
