Criminal Liability for Failure to Contribute to Multiemployer Benefit Fund?
Jackson Lewis P.C. Link to more items from this source
Sept. 28, 2016

"[This case] represents a troubling expansion of liability from civil to criminal. Thompson, No. 16-10014 (D. Mass. Sept. 13, 2016)]
