Nov. 17, 2016 "The single employer deficit narrowed to $20.6 billion as of Sept. 30, the end of fiscal year 2016, from $24.1 billion a year earlier; while the multiemployer deficit rose to $58.8 billion from $52.3 billion a year earlier ...
