"The [court] held that hearing disabled participants failed to state a plausible discrimination claim in a lawsuit alleging violations of Section 1557 of the [ACA] by a health plan insurer. The case involved a health plan that permitted coverage for cochlear implants but excluded coverage for other hearing loss treatments." [Schmitt v.
