"If an employee tests positive for COVID-19 -- and even if they are asymptomatic -- you should recognize ... a potential need for FMLA leave.... When the employee tests positive and must quarantine, even if asymptomatic, send the Notice of Eligibility and medical certification to be completed by the health care provider." [Payne v.
