Anyone Actually Spotted a 'Simple Cafeteria Plan' in the Wild? BenefitsLink Message Boards ![]() Oct. 6, 2021 "Curious as to thoughts on this. I don't think I've actually seen anyone utilizing a 'Simple Cafeteria Plan' (pursuant to a provision in the Affordable Care Act). Any thoughts on why? Is it that the 2% employer contribution is a major sticking point, or are there other reasons? Seems like it would work well for many really small employers, if it isn't the required employer contribution that's the problem." |
