I've never heard of a PEO where the employees are not the common law employees of the recipient. I assume we are talking about the likes of ADP and PayChex, where the PEO does not for example hire and fire people.1 point -
Not that is was Cynchbeast's fault but that is one of the best reasons to have the owner be the last person to be paid from a plan in a plan termination.1 point
