    Is it Practicing Law?

I disagree with 2 - I think you can only provide the service directly to a divorcee IF and ONLY IF you are an attorney licensed in the jurisdiction for which you are providing the service (which would be the state in which the state family court hearing the case is).

  2. 100% agree. Pooled plans work great in the micro market. I do them all the time.

  3. I'm telling you, don;t underestimate the pooled plan. I get people to do it almost every time for the micro start-ups. There just is no plan B (no pun intended). For those of you who say "Forget it too much liabiility, you're forgetting that no money = no liability. A $100,000 pooled plan, or even $200,000 would have really any liabiility even with a bad fund.

  4. By that logic, you could use someone else's loan note as proof because the law doesn't specifically say it has to be YOUR loan note.

  5. Maybe that is just for SH Matching contributions now that I think about it... but if it is good enough for a SH match, why wouldn't it be good enough for a discretionary match?

    RMD question

If the participant worked 1,000 hours per year for each of the three years then the participant would have a vested accrued benefit before December 31, 2017. Wouldn't this require an RMD by December 31, 2017?
