Thanks! I did chat and they opened a ticket. However, we're still awaiting a reply. My understanding is that they will accept it until Monday June 3rd since it's a weekend.

Hello! We have a client who logged in to HIOS (CMS) to submit their carved out direct contracting RxDC Reporting for 2023. However, the only years available are 2020, 2021 and 2022. Does anyone know if there's a "start date" when you can submit RxDC data for 2023? CMS has launched a ticket but the agent wasn't aware of an opening date. Thanks!

I have a few self-insured clients and one has just recently completed an NQTL Analysis with NQTL Analysis Service. Our client engaged them directly so we moreso saw the back-end support requested. Overall I think the cost was about $6k roughly. They will pay this annually for a once per year review and on-going support. The process was quoted at 6-8 weeks. Hello Benefits Linkers! We have a self-funded client whose attorney mentioned the DOL recently subpoenaed a TPA regarding plan documents that exclude Marriage & Family Therapy. The attorney feels the self-funded medical plan may want to be amended to cover it based on the DOL's subpoena/the topic being on the radar. Does anyone have knowledge of which case this is in reference to? If so, can you please link it? The TPA (BUCA) hasn't heard anything of such a subpoena and have no clients that cover Marriage and Family Therapy. I've got e-mails out to our internal Compliance Team and the TPA's. Any other advice? We do not have a client with any carrier that covers this type of therapy at present. Thank you!
