I would contact the county clerk for the judge who ordered the funds be transferred via QDRO. I also would file an emergency hearing to enforce.

I was awarded a transfer of 100k from Fidelity 401k retirement account. I’ve lost almost everything in domestic abusive marriage. Divorce was final and QUDRO ordered. But Nothing! Lawyer says waiting on OC for info. It’s been months. I’ve battled cancer. Moved in with family. Paid attorney all I have. Thousands. And Nothing! No response from attorney. I created my own acct. with Fidelity to try to do this myself! I will contact county clerk today. Please Advise! Thank you! AJ
