  1. If your company has a tuition reimbursement plan, what is your lifetime max reimbursement? We are currently doing $3,000 per year (undergrad) and $5,000 per year (grad level) up to a lifetime max of $20,000. We are reviewing/revising this policy and I'm curious what everyone else does for the lifetime?
  2. Is compensation that complies with Sec 409A eligible for 401k deferrals?
