Does anyone have a guide on how to download the correct file to be able to import year end data into the Allocated Link? Am Funds Recordkeeper Direct changed their reporting system and cannot provide us anything else. The .dat file no longer works. They advised us to contact Relius. Thought I'd check here first.

I have a QDRO that pays a specific dollar amount plus gain/loss through distribution date. Can the participant specify the fund he wants the alternate payee to be paid from or does it have to be pro-rated across all funds in his account?

We converted not long ago. Completely agree with jkharvey. I too have expressed this to Relius. It is a lot of small things that make up to be a big pain. Extra steps here, extra clicks there, being timed out after 10 minutes is ridiculous. Having to go through a "transfer program" to move files between the ASP environment and your local desktop. For as much money as it costs, it is sorely lacking in user friendliness.

Does anyone have a condensed version of the Summary of Accounts Detail that shows shares and sources, that may be a little prettier than what Relius has that you'd be willing to share?

Participant has requested a hardship distribution for tombstone monument for husband who died over a year ago. She did supply copy of death certificate and estimate from monument company. Does this apply to burial or funeral expenses?
