Guest Connie Beam Posted May 22, 2001 Posted May 22, 2001 Has anyone found a smooth work around for the 2000 SAR since the software will not be available until June? We are thinking of setting up something in word as a template and typing in the data for 2000 or using the 1999 and changing. It will take 45 work days to load the upgrade here once we receive it from PEAK1 and really do not want to go back and do this all over again.
Cathy from Chicago Posted May 23, 2001 Posted May 23, 2001 Hard to believe your software provider hasn't yet completed the SAR! I'd look into getting a new provider! In any event, the 2000 is slightly different than the '99 so to go the template route, my opinion is that you'll have to get a copy of the new SAR and use that as your basis for your accounts. Sounds like a ton of work to me.
Earl Posted May 29, 2001 Posted May 29, 2001 we have been opening 1999 and updating the numbers and dates. I was not planning on going back and creating "real" ones. It seems you are. why? thanks CBW
Guest Ray Williams Posted May 30, 2001 Posted May 30, 2001 We received our SAR CD from Relius( Peakone) yesterday. They started the mailout on 5/24/01.
Guest Connie Beam Posted May 30, 2001 Posted May 30, 2001 Thanks for the info. I think we will use the 99 version and change the data as needed. It is a bit time consuming but at least we can get started. We have about 500 to do. I don't care to create real version just want to be able to send it.
Guest Hans Moleman Posted May 30, 2001 Posted May 30, 2001 Connie, like Ray we received our SAR program from Relius (fka PeakOne). If I was you, I would get started by calling Relius and asking where's my program.
