Conversion of 401(k) Plan to KSOP

Can anyone supply a list of ESOP provisions which must be added to a 401(k) plan when the plan is converted to a KSOP?

That's something that should be requested from competent, experienced ESOP/KSOP counsel who will have the opportunity to review the existing 401(k) plan document(s).
