jeanine Posted November 12, 1999 Posted November 12, 1999 Can a new enrollee in an insured health plan claim coverage at VA facilities as creditable coverage? Enrollee is not retired military and has used facilities because he had no other coverage. VA was absolutely no help in this matter.
