Guest tfeltm1 Posted February 11, 2002 Posted February 11, 2002 Dumb question....I hear all these great and wonderful things about Roth IRA's, read articles on them, my only question is.....Where do you get one????? A bank, investment firm, I have no idea....
JAMES PATRICK Posted February 11, 2002 Posted February 11, 2002 At a Bank or a Brokerage firm and Insurance co as well.
John G Posted February 11, 2002 Posted February 11, 2002 Add also a mutual fund to the list, or mutual fund family. Choice of a custodian will be influenced by what is convenient for you, the type of investing you plan to undertake and the fees that the custodian charges. If you find you do not like your initial choice, you have the option of transfering your account to another custodian.
