Guest robkt Posted February 28, 2000 Posted February 28, 2000 Claims processing fees charged by TPA's are usually defined as per member/employee cost per month. Some TPA's range from $11 to $15 per member/employee for medical and dental claims. Then there are TPA's that charge $25 per member/employee plus ancillary fees on top of that. The employer/consumer must be able to negotiate - or else work with an experienced broker/consultant.
