imchipbrown Posted March 1, 2002 Posted March 1, 2002 I added the new 94 mortality rates to my apr spreadsheet and come up with these rates at 6%. They're monthly. Age 55 157.7916 Age 60 144.9395 Age 65 130.3888 I don't have anything to check them against. Little help? Chip Brown
david rigby Posted March 1, 2002 Posted March 1, 2002 I got the same results you did. But one caution. Let's be clear that the mortality table in use here is the unisex version of the GAR94 table, with projection to 2000, issued by the IRS in Revenue Ruling 2001-62. http://www.benefitslink.com/IRS/revrul2001-62.shtml I'm a retirement actuary. imchipbrown Posted March 2, 2002 Author Posted March 2, 2002 Pax, That's the one. Thanks for the confirm. Chip
