Guest Panda Posted July 24, 2002 Posted July 24, 2002 I am putting together a direct reimbursement dental plan. The employer will reimburse dental expenses subject to a deductible and annual maximum limits. Is this a kind of health plan to which COBRA applies? If so, how does it work?
