403b ability to transfer vested money

Do I have the right to transfer my vested 403b (Church) money to a 403b account at a mutual fund family outside the four families that are currently part of the plan?

Depends on what the plan says. Probably not, based on the specification of the annuity providers, but it is worth asking or checking.
