I am just starting to work with it and feeling a little frustrated. Inerested to hear comments from others who may have more experience with it. Do you find it user friendly, complete, accurate, etc. Thanks.
Guest PORTE Posted November 1, 2002 Posted November 1, 2002 We just did a one hour online seminar for the product. We use relius but do not do any cross-tested plans at this time. We are looking to educate ourselves on running these plans and selling them to our clients. It sounds like you are having some trouble with the program. Do you have any Relius support or have you done the online seminar?
Guest auntmee8 Posted November 4, 2002 Posted November 4, 2002 After I did this posting, I attended the online training and have worked closely with Relius Technical Support. I find it to be very intuitive and am enjoying working with it. The Tech Support team has been instrumental in reducing my frustration level.
