Guest RONNIE WASEL Posted December 3, 2002 Posted December 3, 2002 We originally prepared a volume submitter plan back in August of 1998 using the Corbel checklist date 4/10/1997. We did not obtain a determination letter on this plan because the IRS had not opened the determination letter program. We have since amended the plan onto a prototype plan document. Do we need to file for a determination letter on the original plan which is a pre-GUST document? Or does the opinion letter on the new prototype document cover it? Thanks.
