Guest Noidy Posted December 4, 2002 Posted December 4, 2002 If you take a distribution from a Roth Contribution IRA to fund qualified higher education for a child and you are younger than 59.5, are the earnings on the Roth taxable? I understand the 10% penalty is waived.
