If an employer offers health coverage, is the employer required to offer the coverage to part-time employees who have over a certain number of hours? If so, what is that number of hours? Cites would be helpful. Thanks

Eligibility for coverage is determined based on the definition which can be found in the Plan Document and the Summary Plan Description. Part time employees may be excluded and the definition of a covered employee and eligibility will address the number of hours of work per week required.
