Guest benefitsanalyst Posted January 28, 2003 Posted January 28, 2003 We are trying to determine if non-qualified deferred compensation should be included in determining if someone is a highly-compensated employee for FSA testing purposes. I do not think so but I wanted confirmation. Any thoughts?
