Guest pensione Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 HELP! USERRA requires that military service be treated as service for the employer for vesting and benefit accrual purposes. What does this mean for a Cash Balance Plan that does not use service to determine benefits? Does the Plan have to make a contribution for the period during which the employee was on military leave? If so, what should the employee's compensation be based on? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
