Archimage Posted March 21, 2003 Posted March 21, 2003 If an HCE elects to opt out of the plan from plan year to plan year (document allows for this), are there any ramifications? The company is a C-corporation so I am wondering if the deemed CODA rules would even come into play. The HCEs salary does not change as a result of this election.
