Blinky the 3-eyed Fish Posted May 14, 2003 Posted May 14, 2003 Is it correct that the Uniform Lifetime Table is part of the 2002 Regulations and that when determining minimum distribution from a defined benefit plan for 2003 I would not be able to use that table? Belgarath Posted May 14, 2003 Posted May 14, 2003 I don't think so, but I hestitate to make a statement that is too definitive without double checking. The "Uniform Lifetime Table" in the 2002 regs replaced the "Uniform Table" in the 2001 regs. And my understanding is that you MUST use the new "Uniform Lifetime Table" for 2003 and beyond.
Blinky the 3-eyed Fish Posted May 14, 2003 Author Posted May 14, 2003 After reading some more, I agree. Thanks. "What's in the big salad?" "Big lettuce, big carrots, tomatoes like volleyballs."
