I am especially interested in scenarios in which the employer sponsors a PS and a cash-balance plan. Any on-line resources or books for purchase?

There have been a number of outlines prepared for sessions at ASPA conferences that could perhaps be purchased through ASPA. They typically sell post-conference tapes and may have outlines available as well. You might inquire at aspa.org.
