Guest danwintz Posted December 3, 1999 Posted December 3, 1999 Has anyone found a way to provide access to participants to Quantech via the Internet other than through Quantech's own interface? Any assistance will be appreciated greatly. ------------------
Guest SYS_BRK Posted December 13, 1999 Posted December 13, 1999 Our group uses OmniPlus but we've developed a system which uses extracts to an Access database. Using Visual Basic, InterDev and Visual Voice, we've created our own VRU and Internet applications. It takes some programmer resources, but overall it's not as difficult as you might first think. It has given us the flexibility we need to administer a large array of benefit related products.
Guest tforte Posted March 7, 2000 Posted March 7, 2000 I recently received a solicitation from an internet-based company that has developed a Web application for Quantech users. They were initially hired by a TPA firm to program a web application for Quantech that is cheaper than Quatnech's own product. I have not seen the capabilities and features of the Qunatech product but I did view a demo of this product. It seems o.k. The only problem is that you need to e-mail the web provider a crystal report every day which contains the information they need to update the website. This seemed like it could be a pain. The company is called Cyberdata from Hicksville, NY. The contact I have is Susan Grella at (516) 942-0800. ------------------ Tanya Forte
Guest cpsolution Posted March 24, 2000 Posted March 24, 2000 Creative PENSION Solutions To compete with the large financial institutions, we needed to offer our clients the ability to access participant account information online. Unfortunately we do not have the financial resources needed for most alternative interfaces. That’s when we met the people at CyberData, Inc. They now have a web interface called CYBER TPA that works closely with Quantech. It’s great, it’s much less costly then Quantech’s add on and we didn’t have to buy any new hardware or software. Guest Ken Simons Posted March 24, 2000 Posted March 24, 2000 May i ask how you get the participant directed transactions (transfers, loan requests, election changes, etc. ) back into Quantech? Do you have a file to automatically download these or do you need to manually enter them?
