J2D2 Posted July 10, 2003 Posted July 10, 2003 Have recently taken on a plan that definitely is a late amender for GUST and appears to never have been amended for TRA 86 (we're still reviewing files and hope to find a more recent document). Has anyone looked at the issue of whether the VCP user fee is assessed only once in this situation? In other words, will our $750 cover both the TRA 86 & GUST amendments? Thanks, JD
Guest merlin Posted July 18, 2003 Posted July 18, 2003 I have a variation on the same theme. We have a new client who never amended his mp/ps plans for TRA. Since there were no pre-GUST plans and no GUST certifications,I now have a GUST non-amender as well. How would the plans be drafted? Must I come up with TRA docs, then restate for GUST, and submit both sets of docs under EPCRS at the same time? Would it be possible to combine everything going back to TRA in one document for each plan? How many compliance fees are there? Thanks for any and all help.
