Guest kowen Posted September 19, 2003 Posted September 19, 2003 We have a retiree health plan that covers employees with 15 years or more of service for life. Periods of unpaid leave are excluded from credited service. We want to make sure that we don't inadvertantly cause any problems with the ADA, FMLA, etc. I haven't been able to find much guidance since vesting in retiree health isn't required the same way as with retirement plans.
