Guest woodward618 Posted February 2, 2004 Posted February 2, 2004 Our retirement committee is considering changing our benefit formula for our DB plan. My department has been asked to look into what other DB plan sponsors are using as a target replacement rate, whether it takes into consideration Social Security benefits or just the DB benefit itself. Any ideas on where I can find this kind of information or would anyone be willing to give me a replacement rate that their plan uses? Thank You!
